Tuna Okura Natto Bowl
for one serving
1 cup / COOKED SHORT GRAIN RICE w/ or w/o RICE MIX
about 3" (7.5 cm) block / SASHIMI GRADE TUNA
1 pkg / NATTO
2 piece / MEDIUM OKURA
SHORT GRAIN RICE to serve w/ or w/o 6 GRAIN MIX
WASABI and SOY SAUCE to taste
NORI (DRIED SEAWEED) to serve
- Slice tuna into small cubes.
- Cut Okura into thin slices.
- Combine tuna, okura, natto and soy sauce + wasabi mix in a bowl.
- Pour over rice. Top with thin stripes of nori.
