Fried Natto Rice
for two servings
2 cup / COOKED SHORT GRAIN RICE w/ or w/o 6 GRAIN MIX
1 pkg / NATTO
5 stalk / MEDIUM GREEN ONION
1/2 cup / DRIED BONITO FLAKES
1 tsp / SOY SAUCE
SALT and BLACK PEPPER to taste
SESAME OIL for cooking
- Heat up oil in a pan. Cook chopped green onion over medium heat until tender.
- Add rice and half of bonito flakes. Stir.
- Add soy sauce. Then salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add natto and mix.
- Top with remaining bonito flakes and serve hot.
