Skewered Steak and Onion
for two servings (4 skewers)
1/2 lb / SKIRT STEAK
1 / MEDIUM RED ONION
SALT and PEPPER
OLIVE OIL for cooking
4 SKEWERS
- Cut meat (room temperature) into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut onion into four wedges.
- Sandwich meat in between each layer and skewer. Drizzle with oil.
- Grill at 450°F (230°C) in the oven for about 5 min until it is cooked thoroughly.
