Miso Goma Lemon Udon
- Roast sesame seeds and ground.
- Peel lemon skin and chop into small pieces.
- Mix sesame, miso and lemon juice.
- Cook udon in boiling water. (Follow instruction on package) Drain and add into mix.
- Add lemon skin and arugula into mix. Stir gently.
- Self-roasted sesame has great flavor, but alternatively, skip Step 1 and use pre-roasted ground white sesame.
- Use organic lemon because the skin is edible too.
