Cabbage and Onion Miso Soup

- Slice onion and cabbage.
- Heat up dashi broth in a pot.
- Once it comes to a boil, add vegetables. Cook until soft over medium heat.
- Turn heat to low. Stir in miso paste using a strainer.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and shichimi pepper on top. Serve hot.
