Pastrami Sushi
- Mix warm rice, rice vinegar and sea salt.
- Make a sushi like shape w/ or w/o mold.
- Wrap with a sheet of pastrami. Put a small amount of wasabi or yuzukosho on top.
notes:
- Pastrami can be substituted with roast beef, prosciutto or ham.
- About 1.5 cups of uncooked rice is used for bite size 18 pieces (1 1/4" x 2").
- Yuzukosho is made from yuzu citrus, salt and green chiles. It comes in a small jar or a tube like wasabi.
